Privacy Policy.

Short version: we collect your name and email to send you what you asked for. Nothing shady. Last updated July 6, 2026.

1. Who Is Responsible

The data controller is Bako Rambini, operating Fashion FXF (Fashion Cross Functional) from Paris, France. For any privacy question or request, use the contact page.

2. What We Collect, And Why

• Your first name and email, when you download a free tool, join a waitlist, or subscribe to the newsletter. Used to deliver what you requested and, with your consent, to send you the Strategy Letter.
• Your application details, when you apply for the 1:1 Intensive. Used only to evaluate and respond to your application.
• Your order details, when you buy a product. Used to deliver your purchase, issue receipts, and meet legal accounting obligations.

That is all. We do not buy data, sell data, or run advertising trackers on this site.

3. Who Processes It For Us

Your data is stored and processed by our service providers: our email and CRM platform (LeadConnector / HighLevel, which powers our forms and email delivery), our web host (SiteGround), and our payment processors when you make a purchase. Each processes your data only to provide their service to us.

4. How Long We Keep It

Newsletter data: until you unsubscribe (one click, in every email). Application data: up to 2 years. Order data: as long as accounting law requires.

5. Your Rights

Wherever you live, and especially under the GDPR and UK GDPR, you can ask to access, correct, export or delete your data, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Write to us via the contact page and we will handle it. You can also complain to your local data protection authority (in France, the CNIL).

6. Cookies

This site uses only what is technically necessary to function. If we ever add analytics or embedded forms that use cookies, this page will say so and you will be asked first where the law requires it.

7. Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. No silent edits.
